Lifting Stackers - First time in India, Introducing this product which works on A.C.Motors. It is Electro Mechanical Operated with Fail Safe System. This operates on Worm Wheel Gear Box. This stacker moves on screw shafts. It is available in three models - 500 kg, 1600 mm lift, 1000 kg and 1500 kg lift upto 2 meters. It works on A.C. motor with battery or battery charges, which is the main characteristic of this Stacker; while in other Stackers, it is provided with D.C.Motor but here it is A.C.Motor.

Goods Lifts: We manufacture Goods Lifts, developed with utmost precision and scientific techniques. These Industrial Good Lifts have large loading capacity coupled with high speed and smooth running operation. Heavy impact bearing power makes them highly effective in carrying heavy weight loads. Adequate safety and reliability along with noiseless functioning makes our Goods Lifts widely demanding among Good Lift Seekers. Every Hoist is provided with a control panel comprising of make heavy duty, direct-on line reversing type air brake contactors, transformers and fuses. All these Industrial Good Lifts are housed in dust proof fabricated sheet metal cabinet. The pendant push button station is provided at adequate height duly suspended by steel chain or wire-rope, operating at 24/110 volts to avoid accident.
Rope Crane Hoist: Vindies Hoist is very compact design with elegant appearance. The Material Handling Hoist is modular construction, which simplifies repairs & maintenance. The various parts like motors, gear box, control panel, etc are easily accessible. The Rope Crane Hoist Gear Train is with precision hob cut helical/spur gears having hardness up to 250 to 300 BHN running on bearings housed in sheet metal cover with gasket & lubricated with oil bath lubrications. Our manufactured Rope Drum is made from M.S. seamless pipe having machined cut spiral grooves & mounted on self aligning bearings. Rope guide will be provided for perfect sitting of rope in drum grooves. Electro magnetic fail to safe type brake is provided on hoisting motion which ensures perfect safety even in case of power failure. Limit switches are provided on hoisting & over lowering.
Our Wire Rope Hoists are designed in modular construction, which easily simplifies repairs & cuts down time. The special features of these Rope Hoists include low head - room, spur/helical gears running on antifriction ball bearings with oil bath lubrication, motors confirming to IS 325, " fail to safe "breaks, which automatically operate in case of any power failure, tested wire rope confirming to IS 2266, forged hooks conforming to IS 3815 and push button stations operating at step down voltage of 110 V : 42 V or 24 V. Vindies Hoists are designed in accordance with IS : 3938 - 1979.and are compact, rugged & elegant in appearance. To accommodate specific requirements, SAFEX hoists can also be built with micro speed arrangements (10% of normal hoisting speed), flexible trolleys to negotiate small radius; high speeds & high lifts; hoists suitable for steel mill duty; foundries & Chemical Plants.
