We manufacture, supply and export a comprehensive gamut of Industrial Bevel Gears, which is Bevel Gear with helical teeth. It is mainly used in motor vehicle differential, where the direction of the drive carried by the propeller shaft (drive shaft) has to be turned through 90 degrees in order to power the driven wheels. The helical design produces less vibration and noise than conventional straight-cut or spur-cut gear with straight teeth. Spiral bevel gears have spiral angles, which give performance improvements. These Spiral Bevel Gears are designed for an angle change of 90 degrees, where the two axes are concurrent and in the same plane.
These Helical Bevel Gears have double function of being helical and beveled at the same time. The contact between the teeth starts at one end of the gear and then spreads across the whole tooth. In this type of gears, the shaft must be perpendicular to each other and must be in the same plane. Our manufactured Industrial Bevel Gears are the most complex forms of bevel gears. The teeth are curved by cutting them obliquely, resulting in higher overall contact ratios. These Helical Bevel Gears have better load carrying capacity because of higher contact ratio. It allows them to be smaller in size for a given load capacity than an equivalent gear. It makes them perfect to transmit more power with smaller gears.
